Wordpress ACF scrape information and save in fields

I have a custom post type that has Advanced Custom Fields Pro plugin with fields.
I have a fields called VIN, there you put a 17 digit text and after saving the post this number should be searched here https://vpic.nhtsa.dot.gov/decoder, and save information in ACF fields like: brand, year, origina and some others.
Budget: 25usd (don't bid higher)
Will need to see this script working in my site before releasing funds.
