Wordfence scanning issue because ssl even it's installed probably

I am experiencing a problematic Wordfence scanning issue on my multivendor ecommerce site. Despite the SSL being properly installed and configured, the problem persists. This is the first time such an issue has arisen.

I migrated to a new whm/cpanel vps, i used to the wordfence plugin to secure my wordpress site, and it get stuck on 2 themes found
After contacting support their reply was like the attachment
the work is to be done using Anydesk

Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Expertise in WHM/cPanel almalinux 8
- Expertise in SSL certificate installation and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of Wordfence functionalities
- Experience with resolving scanning issues on multivendor ecommerce sites
- Proficiency in identifying and fixing potential security risks.
