WordPress website down suddenly - Hosted in AWS (READ FIRST!!)

I have a WordPress website hosted in AWS Lightsail. The website was working fine, and all of a sudden starting from yesterday many pages of the website do not work, and show the error "There has been a critical error on this website."
And I am unable to login to admin panel too. It is not working! And throws an error "There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions."
I need a helping hand to find out the problem, and resolve it completely.
