I have a client that is an association made up of 4 specialties: doctors, nutritionists, nurses and pharmaceutical chemists;
They are requesting a website that includes the following points:
1st Stage: (Confirmed)
1. Pages:
- Us; Brief review and history of the institution,
- Board of Directors and Specialists (brief review of their specialty and CV)
- Labor Exchange; Where we can place an Excel-type table where users can view the job offers of affiliated institutions.
- Alliances with entities; Excel type table indicating the alliances that the institution has with some entities or companies with possible subscriber discounts or offers.
- Table or calendar where visitors can see the events of the current month or those coming for the year.
- Contact Us; Send comments, queries about something specific through a form, it should have links to WhatsApp, telephone numbers and social networks.
2. Virtual library (BLOG);
- Only subscribers can comment
- With the possibility of accessing articles depending on the role of your subscriber account
3. On the Cover or Home:
- Links to Social Networks
- Floating WhatsApp
- 06 best articles that pass with a carousel effect
- Slide banner where we put 5 outstanding photos, with a brief description and a button that takes us to the article or page for more information.
- Footer where the logo appears, submenus, telephone numbers and social networks.
- A button to return from where we are on the page and take us to the beginning by just clicking it.
2ND STAGE: (LATER WHEN THE 1ST STAGE IS ALREADY FUNCTIONAL)
- Payment gateway will be implemented: Culqui, IziPay or another location in Peru.
- Virtual Library (1st stage); An option to sell digital documents must be implemented; Which the subscriber or visitor can purchase a book or document in PDF, authored by the author. It could be a link to the product or adding it to the shopping cart for later payment and for it to be sent to the buyer by email so they can download or attach it.
- Subscriptions: A module must be implemented to pay an annual subscription with 3 levels of subscriptions so that they can access the content according to the level. (3 months, 6 months or 1 year), and upon completion of the subscription, the subscriber should receive an email with the option to renew, otherwise they will automatically become a subscriber with read-only options upon expiry. items allowed for that group.
- Training services or keynote talks; They could register and pay the entrance fee depending on the event they subscribe to. The talks could be virtual or in person. When purchasing it on the website, the buyer should receive an email with the details of their ticket and/or zoom, meet or teams links as appropriate for said event.
** CONSIDER
- Implementation of the 1st stage has to be the support to implement the 2nd stage on top of it. And that everything is functional, taking care of the performance, compatibility and stability of the site.
- Sober design but one that attracts young people related to the association and interested in the areas.
- Use free plugins unless necessary, indicate if there are any paid plugins and if there is an annual or perpetual payment.
- It is planned to offer hosting in:
https://www.hostinger.mx/hosting-wordpress
- The domain will be a .ORG type
- The emails will be those offered by the hosting with the Titan Web client.
- Recommended characteristics for hosting should be suggested. Taking into account that doctors or specialists will create articles with multimedia content about their theses or postgraduate studies.
- Control of roles or profiles; When a user registers, they will be assigned a default role or profile to be able to give them access to certain sections, articles or pages within the site; This will be used when users pay the subscription through the payment gateway of the 2nd stage.
- Templates should be left for typical articles where only the author changes the content and publishes his article in a practical and fast way.
- Consider plugins to backup versions of the site. Which can be downloaded for a historical record.
- The characteristics of SEO, or digital marketing, would be touched on in a possible 3rd stage, since they should work with social networks as well.
