WordPress university project

hello, i AM WORKING ON A wordPress theme that would setup a database to store "Request A Quote" information into the table database and if I login to Cpanel of Wordpress i could see the emails and the form was filled out. same for Contact us form. so basically the Idea is that when you fill out the 2 forms (Request a Quote and Contact us) i will receive the customer email sent to my email box and also saved into database so It can be view in word press later and details.

Also I need help finding how to modify category tabs and add the correct pages

This project will be for passing the Class of my university , this will not be a real usage or in usage
