WordPress uncompleted work.

I have created the website and there are a few things I need a developer to work on it a little.
The First Hope page should be with a good design and look good for every screen out there.
Second. On my website, there are 4 excesses that are not completed. Needs to add few (25) pages here there. Some of them are functional having like next. Save, Previous. some are just texts only. It is for membership page so when each member starts his or her works the web should save their work individually.
