WordPress speed optimiazation

Hi, I have been having speed issues with my website aanahtar.com , please check bellow points and ensure you would really be helpfully before placing a bid.
1. TTFB sometimes go higher than 5 seconds! and I have checked and can confirm there is nothing to do with the hosting, it's about plugins and when we disable plugins it goes down to 0.5 secs. Also hosing plan is advanced and not a basic plan.
2. I have ran some tools for website analysis and some are suggested to defer parsing of JavaScript, however, when I got this done the website speed improved but the website log and products wasn't logging in the home page
3. I used some free trial of CDN plugins like NitroPack, W3 Total Cache, Leverage Browsing Cache, WP Rocket ,... but so far none gives a good result.
4. I had a search in the header, this is a theme built in and not WooCommerce plug-in related, when I search for something it takes too much, almost this is linked to the main slowness issue in the website.
