WordPress site updates and optimization

Need to find a professional that can work with our company to facilitate a verified backup of web files and db. This must be done prior to the consultant updating the plugins on the site, of which there are currently 20 plugins that need updates. We use SEM Rush to identify other issues/errors with the site and have a backlog of items ranging from mobile friendly issues, breadcrumb issues, toxic backlinks and more.
