WordPress plugin "WooCommerce" customization request

I would like to add the following functions in e-commerce.
・ Attach a button to print the quotation
・ Change the destination of the order mail for each product (delete the amount when sending)
・ Change the price of the product depending on the purchaser
(Or change the discount rate for each purchaser)
