WordPress pages linking to a database and subscription service

Phase One- WordPress developer to create web pages that provide drag and drop copy and paste content from one set of images to another. Six segments, each consisting of a Title and the second component with Text, comprise a "Sundial". A new Custom Sundial is assembled with selected components from various existing Sundials. For example, three Sundials may list all of the meat toppings available for a pizza. The person selects from these three six item Sundials, the ones that they normally order, to make up their own Custom Meat Toppings set. The pages must link to a Database of the User Account, so that the Custom Sundials created area added to the person's User Account as they are done. The Pages must display on a Smartphone format as well as a Laptop Screen. The ability to also design the page in Unity, so as to be able to display on Virtual and Augmented Reality screens is beneficial. A Library of Content is to be built so that it can be viewed and individual "Sundials" downloaded to User Accounts and to the Custom Sundial Pages. This Library of Content will best be positioned in Off-the -Shelf Content Management Systems software. Phase Two- Subscription page to register new subscribers and provide Account Level Access to the Library of Content. Subscription SaaS capability connected to payment system.
