WordPress optimization - Elementor, homeo template and apus framework need to be optimized

We need behavior of elementor, homeo template and apus framework to be optimized. Our website that is running on dedicated server has loading time ~10 seconds when cache is not used as well as it's using 80 percent of all 8 processor cores. This losing time, especially TTBF / first paint should be cut to be under a second without cache to be used. With cache it is 0.08 s.
