WordPress migration From 1Grid to AWS

I am looking for a skilled WordPress developer who can help me migrate my Wordpress Multisite Network website from 1Grid to AWS Lightsail server. I have a backup of my current website, but I need assistance with setting up my AWS environment. (AWS) doesn’t have CPanel and MyPHPAdmin installed.
