WordPress has been installed, We bought and installed a theme, and installed Elementor. I don't want someone to build me a website, I want someone to teach me how to build the website.

I'm looking for someone to help me learn website building and design. I already have WordPress installed, and a theme, along with Elementor but I'm a beginner when it comes to building a website. Specifically, I want to learn how to add and customize content. I'm willing to dedicate more than 10 hours per week to learning these skills. It's important for me to develop my knowledge in this area so that I can start creating websites and making my mark. If you think you have what it takes to help me in this endeavor please let me know.
