WordPress for restaurant and beauty and health needs additional support

as we run restaurant in Bangkok we need to upload dishes and beverages to woo-commerce store. I wonder if this works by importing . We have attributes, variants, categories and tags.

We like to run bilingual site (Thai and English)
Like to have one page with kind of fortune wheel (with Icons) and the fields should be linked to all the different projects.
System emails will not send. Need advice with plugin to use.
I like to add language tab to product. Shop manager can add Thai language description of product.( massages) in the url it*s displayed with ..com/th/....
