WordPress estore plugin Tweek to CC processing

Hi, I am looking for a wordpress programmer who knows how to work with payment processing through a WP estore plugin. I have an estore WP plugin that handles payments with PayPal and the plugin does a post payment check to stop fraud. I need to have the estore plugin stop making the post payment check and just let the payment go through because PayPal is now holding partial payment and it makes the payment look like it's not going through and my plugin does not send out the member form page link to the paying customer. The estore plugin sells digital programs and I am using PayPal right now and the estore plugin talks to the emember plugin and creates a membership once the post payment goes through with PayPal.
Currently the estore plugin is set up to do a post check through PayPal API and if PayPal does a hold for partial payment, then the emember plugin does not email the member form page link to the paying customer.
And then my plugin does that post payment check and sees that paypal is holding and then the emember plugin things there is an issue with payment and I get an email from the emember plugin that says a payment failed and the customer does not get that member form page link so…
I just want the post payment check to go away so that the customer who enters a credit card number and all of their information just gets the member form page link sent to them so they can fill out the form so they can get access to their membership they just paid for. But I don’t want it to interfere with paypal processing. The entire payment will be completed as usual when they pay. I just want my emember program to send the customer that member form page link so they can fill out the form and gain access.
This is probably just a simple code fix or code removal to stop the post payment checking through the PayPal API.
