WordPress – customize and enhance the design of a given Theme

I have a small WordPress site (less than 10 pages) and I want to redesign it
by using as basea different WP theme - GeneratePress with GenerateBlocks editor.

So the task is to customize this theme so that the new site layout is more apealing.
The customization should be done in a child theme and should not be limited to theme and block editor's capabilities,
it should be done by adding custom style.css, php code in child's functions.php , etc.

I have already installed the GP theme in a sandbox directory; after it is completed there, we will move it to the main domain.
I can give wp-admin login and FTP access.


Requirements:
- Solid knowledge and much experience in WordPress. Apply with Portfolio if you have.
- Beside WP and PHP deep knowledge, good web-design skills and aesthetic sense.
I worked before with developers which knew coding well, but had no sense of design and the final result is not good.
- Familiarity with GeneratePress may make this task even easier for you.
