I need a WordPress-based e-commerce website built using the WoodMart theme (Live Demo). The website will feature 19 products under 8 collections/categories and should be fully integrated with WooCommerce & Razorpay for payment processing.
Additionally, I require an order tracking system where customers can track their purchases, with automated email and SMS notifications for order confirmations, shipping updates, and successful deliveries.
Project Requirements:
1. Website Setup & Theme Customization
Install and configure the WoodMart theme (Live Demo).
Customize the homepage, product pages, and collection pages based on my brand’s identity and colors (earthy, cozy, clean theme).
Ensure mobile responsiveness and a user-friendly experience.
2. Product & Category Setup
Add 19 products under 8 collections/categories with SEO-optimized descriptions (I will provide content).
Enable easy filtering, sorting, and search functionality for products.
3. WooCommerce Integration
Set up WooCommerce for seamless product management.
Integrate Razorpay for online payments.
Configure automated email & SMS notifications for successful order placements.
4. Order Management & Tracking System
Implement an order tracking feature where customers can check their purchase status.
Provide an easy way for me to update tracking details from the backend.
Set up email and SMS notifications for different order statuses (Processing, Shipped, Delivered).
5. Training & Documentation
Provide a step-by-step guide or video tutorial on:
How to add/edit categories and products in WooCommerce.
How to update order tracking and manage refunds/cancellations.
Offer basic training on managing the website.

Configure basic SEO settings (meta titles, descriptions, image alt tags).
