WordPress add React component to sidebar panel to hide title

I have a theme that I'd like to customize with an option to hide the page/post/custom post type title. I'd like this option added to the components sidebar panel in Page tab when editing any page/post or custom post type in WordPress Gutenberg editor.

There's a plugin I use for this but they have too many features and I'd prefer to just build this small feature directly into my theme.
