WordPress Woocommerce Download not working

We recently migrated our wordpress woocommerce website to a new server and we notice that when a customer orders one of our products (PDF file), even though the file exists it states that "File not found, visit shop"
In order to fix this: we go to edit product, 'choose file' option and rechoose the same file and then the order starts working.
We need someone who can work on teamviewer inorder to fix this. We dont like to share any website credentials.
