WordPress WooCommerce and Printful Connection

You are to diagnose and resolve the connection issue between my WordPress WooCommerce site and Printful.
My WordPress site is set up with according to Printful's documentation but it is not connecting. You will be given temporary log in access to both for diagnostic purposes. You will log into the WordPress site and fix any issues that are causing the site not to connect to the Printful site with the API supplied in their plugins. This will have to work while not disabling any other plugin.
