WordPress WooCommerce Performance Optimization

I'm looking for a skilled developer to optimize my WordPress WooCommerce website.
Key Requirements:
- Addressing High CPU Usage: The primary issue I'm facing is a high CPU usage which is affecting the performance of the website.
- High-resolution Images: My site primarily hosts high-resolution images, so optimizations should be tailored to handle this kind of content effectively.
- Content Updates: While I update the content on my site monthly, the optimizations should have a long-term impact to ensure consistent high performance.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in optimizing WordPress WooCommerce websites for high performance and reducing CPU usage.
- Expertise in handling high-resolution images for web content.
- Understanding of long-term impact for optimizing a site that is updated monthly.
I have a website built on WordPress with WooCommerce. The VPS server is very fast, with 4 CPUs and 8GB of RAM. I am using the Elessi theme by NasaTheme along with various plugins. The VPS runs on cPanel with a LiteSpeed server configured with 2 workers.
I have the paid versions of WP Rocket with Imagify, and I also have the paid Perfmatters plugin. Additionally, I have a Cloudflare APO subscription. The Elessi theme is most compatible with WP Rocket, which is why I am using it. However, I would prefer to use the LiteSpeed Cache plugin because I am using LiteSpeed servers, but I don't know how to do it correctly without crashing the theme and website.
I don't want you to adjust the plugin settings; instead, I want the website to effectively run very fast on the user end. When 3 or 4 people visit the website simultaneously, the CPU usage spikes to around 110%.
Can you help optimize the website to improve its performance and reduce CPU usage? Additionally, I would like to know what something like this would cost me.
