WordPress + WooCommerce Billing Country Selector Fix

I have a WordPress + WooCommerce website. I made a selector on my website to change the visitor's billing country. However, I am facing a complex challenge. When selecting another country, it does not update to the new one. The only way is first going to the Checkout, and from there, there is a sort of "release" where the Selector will now work, both on the Checkout and on any page. I don't know if it's the cache or something like that.
