WordPress / WooCommerce - Add Custom Meta Order Value and Calculate Value for it

We need a plugin that will do the following:
1. Add a custom meta value at the order level called "trees_planted"
2. Based on the order subtotal (total cost of items only), calculate a number:
-- Orders between $1 and $500 = 1
-- Orders between $501 and $1000 = 3
-- Orders $1001+ = 10
3. Display the following on the top of the order checkout page: "We'll plant X trees on your behalf" - Where "X" is the value derived above in step 2. The message should be configurable via the plugin's settings.
The value derived in step #2 should be configurable through the Plugin settings.
The Meta value described above must be accessible when using Zapier to integrate our site with the third-party system we are using.
