WordPress Website support and malware cleanup

I am looking for support and maintenance of my WordPress website, and malware cleanup. I will need help with making changes and updates to the website, as well as malware cleanup. However, I do not need help with hosting and domain set up. An experienced individual who can deliver quality results quickly and efficiently is what I require. I need someone who takes the initiative and enjoys a challenge as they will likely be working with custom coded components. Experience in dealing with various types of WordPress sites is a plus.

Added info: the site was attached by htaccess WordPress Infection. Meaning, all the subfolders have .htaccess.
We are using Bluehost and there's no access to cPanel Terminal.
