WordPress Website to be developed

Hi there, I need a WordPress developer to develop our website. The website consists 18 pages out of which some of the pages follow similar template to the other pages, we have chosen a theme that has elementor in it (we have purchased the theme, we can share it with you for developing it). However, there are 40 to 50% customization to be done that are not available on the theme.
