WordPress Website Expert

I'm looking for an expert in website transfer to help me move my TWO WordPress websites to a new hosting.

1) An expert must be able to restore a site on the 1st site from a backup made using the WP Vivid Plugin.
2) Also on 1 site you need to connect an email box so that it works perfectly.
   Also, everything should work correctly in mobile and desktop versions.
3) On the second site we test different plugins that could show different payments
   for different months from different clients in test mode. Then we choose the
   right working plugin. Of course first, we install a working WordPress on the 2nd site.

Key requirements:

- Expertise in migrating WordPress websites without any data loss or downtime.
- Ability to handle a small-sized website efficiently (less than 1GB).
- Previous experience in website transfer, preferably with positive feedback.
