Budget

Fixed Budget: ₹15,000 (Non-Negotiable)

Please read the complete project description before submitting your proposal.

This is a fixed-price project with a strict maximum budget of ₹15,000.

The budget is non-negotiable. Please do not bid if you are expecting a higher budget.

Payment will be released in 3 milestones of ₹5,000 each upon successful completion of the agreed deliverables.

I am looking for a reliable freelancer for a long-term collaboration. If your work quality, communication, and professionalism are excellent, there will be future projects and continuous monthly work.

About the Project

I am building a professional digital publishing platform that is designed for long-term growth.

This is NOT a simple blog.

The goal is to build a fast, modern, SEO-friendly publishing platform that can eventually become a large content website covering multiple categories.

The website will primarily target:

• High-quality user experience
• Mobile-first design
• Future scalability

I am looking for ONE freelancer who can take complete ownership of this project.

I do not want multiple freelancers for development, SEO, design and publishing.

I want one responsible person who can manage everything within the project scope.

• All work completed under this project becomes my property after payment.
• Weekly communication is mandatory.
• Proactive suggestions for improving the website are always welcome.
