- WordPress core, theme, and plugin health (outdated/vulnerable or unnecessary plugins, page‑builder impact).
- Performance & Core Web Vitals - Page‑load speed and performance bottlenecks (mobile + desktop)
- Security setup (login security, user roles, 2FA, security plugin, file‑editing restrictions, and backups).
- Website architecture and configuration
- URL structure and routing
- UX and CTAs review from a WordPress‑theme and block‑level perspective (CTAs, forms, user journey).
- Technical SEO audit

Deliverables: One consolidated report (PDF or Google Doc) with:

- Executive summary.
- Findings by section (WordPress health, performance, security, UX).
- Priority‑based action list: quick wins, medium‑term, long‑term.

Optional: 30–45 min handover call.
