WordPress Theme Customization & WooCommerce Setup

I'm looking for an experienced web designer/developer with a strong background in WordPress. I need someone to clean up the demo content from my site, customize the template, and add the content that I've provided for each page.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customize the theme's color scheme, fonts, page layout, and design, as well as the header and footer elements.
- Clean up the layout to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Implement and set up WooCommerce to process payments for subscription products.

In addition to the above, I need help with:
- Adding and configuring necessary plugins for SEO optimization, social media sharing, and a contact form.
- Ensuring all customizations and installations are done in a professional and efficient manner.

Content:
I will provide text, images, and videos for each page.

Ideal Skills:
- WordPress proficiency is a must.
