WordPress Technical Support - Independent Freelancers Only
Budget: $10 – $20 USD
We are currently running a Wordpress Design Course with many awesome clients that need the help from a Wordpress PRO (YOU) to help them succeed with their WP goals.
What's the DREAM?
The dream is to have a Wordpress PRO we can trust as a teammate, trust with our clients, and count on to go above and beyond to help the team/clients succeed!
This role is not "just" about filling incoming requests clients might send in....
This role is about building connections with clients, actively going out into our community, messaging clients, going through posts, and doing whatever it takes to find problems clients have that they may not even know exist! It's all about being PRO-ACTIVE
Responsibilities:
1. You should be hopping on calls with clients to solve WordPress related technical issues.
2. You should be able to build relationships with the clients.
3. Record looms for everyone to benefit from and send messages to solve quick issues.
Time: 4 to 6 hours a day (Monday to Friday) US hours
