One-Time WordPress Integration: Website, Subdomain (Test Portal), Razorpay & Affiliate System Setup
Project Description:
We are an EdTech company operating www.TestSeriesPro.com. Our test series portal is hosted separately on a subdomain: www.exam.testseriespro.com.
We are looking for a technically sound freelancer for a one-time integration project to:
- Connect the main site with the subdomain
- Set up Razorpay payment flow
- Configure affiliate tracking via Plugin (Installed and Active)
- Grant user access to the test portal after successful payment
Important Technical Note (Please Read):
Affiliate tracking must be handled on the main domain (testseriespro.com) using the plugin.
To ensure referral commissions are tracked correctly:
✓ The entire purchase process must happen on the main domain
✓ Users should land via affiliate links, select their product, and complete the Razorpay payment on the main site
✓ Once payment is successful, an API call will be made to the subdomain (exam.testseriespro.com) to activate the purchased test series
This ensures:
- Accurate affiliate tracking and commission assignment
- Seamless user access provisioning via API
- No loss of tracking due to subdomain separation
What Needs to Be Done:
- Set up Razorpay payment gateway (test + live mode)
- Implement the product purchase and checkout flow on testseriespro.com
- configure affiliate tracking
- Use the provided API to trigger access activation on exam.testseriespro.com after successful payment
- Test and validate the full user journey end-to-end
Tech Stack:
- WordPress (main website)
- Subdomain test portal (already live)
- Razorpay account (active)
- Affiliate plugin (installed and active)
- Full API documentation provided
Deliverables:
- Fully functional integration from product selection → payment → API-based access provisioning
- Affiliate referral tracking and commission logging
- Razorpay integrated and live
- All required setup and handover completed
Requirements:
- WordPress development experience
- Razorpay integration knowledge
- API integration skills (JSON-based APIs)
- Familiarity with affiliate systems,
- Ability to deliver clean, documented, working code
