WordPress Speed Optimization - CDN/Caching Configuration

My website is using WordPress/WooCommerce on SiteGround hosting.

My homepage is taking over 6+ seconds before any content appears, and my GTMetrix scores are terrible. Something is clearly wrong, so I need someone who specializes in Speed Optimization to configure things properly.

- I am currently using Sucuri Pro, which has a built-in CDN (Anycast)
- I have SG Optimizer plugin
- I have WP Rocket+ Pro

I need help configuring all of the various plugins and settings to ensure maximum speed for all pages. Thank you!
