WordPress Spam Protection with reCAPTCHA

I need to integrate reCAPTCHA into my WordPress site hosted on Bluehost. The reCAPTCHA should protect the registration form and comment section.

Additionally, I want to remove all spam users while keeping genuine ones. Captcha should help identify genuine users.
