WordPress to SocialPilot Zap

I need a Zapier setup that takes our WordPress blog posts and sends them to the SocialPilot API. The API provided by SoicalPost already converts the long blog posts into social media posts, complete with tags and images, and schedules them for posting across our various social media accounts.
We have already integrated a ChatGPT API into our websites which automatically generates and publishes blog posts. Each site has its own dedicated SocialPilot channel. For example, www.thelandautorepair.com corresponds to Cleveland Auto Repair's social accounts in the platform.
