WordPress Site-Wide 404 Errors Troubleshooting

Since migrating to Nginx, my WordPress website is encountering site-wide 404 errors, with the exception of the home page. It seems that the .htaccess rules were not properly converted to Nginx directives during the migration. Our tech on vacation in the mountains for teh next two weeks. we need someone to fix it. thank you
