WordPress Site Is Slow. Need To Speed Up & Optimize

I'm urgently in need of someone that can speed up and optimize my website. My site is very slow. Slow animations, slow load time, images long time to load. Size sometimes feels like its freezing.

I need someone that can drastically increase the speed of my site within the next 10-12 hours.

I'm not sure if this is a realistic goal or not, but let me know.
