WordPress Site App Development

I need a developer to integrate two WordPress websites and build mobile apps for both platforms with the following requirements:

Website Integration:
- Combine https://dialabad.in/ (Classified) and https://directory.dialabad.in/ (Directory) into a single site.
- Integrate the second site using menu navigation.
- Sync databases for shared user credentials across both sites.
- Implement feeds for featured ads from both sites.

Mobile App Development:
- Create Android and iOS apps with push notifications.
- Enable access to device features like camera and contacts.
- Submit apps to Google Play and Apple App Store.

Additional Tasks:
- Remove email as a mandatory sign-up option; allow mobile number or social login.
- Integrate a booking plugin, either by finding the best option or using the Book Your Travel theme from ThemeForest.
