WordPress SEO Blog Post Automation Tool

I'm seeking a developer to create a WordPress tool that utilizes OpenAI GPT-4 to convert product packs into SEO-optimized blog posts. These posts will highlight the use cases and benefits of our products, showcasing how they enhance presentations.
Requirements:
- Automatically generate and publish blog posts in real-time.
- Focus on product use cases, benefits, and improvement on presentations.
- Include product images as clickable links.
- Limit content to 90 words per prompt.

1. Create upto 10 blog templates from which the tool will randomly pick a template to create a blog. Make provision to add or delete blog templates.
2. Make the template in such a way that right keywords are added at H1, H2, opening paras, call to action
3. Allow a tool/plugin customization page where we can add API keys of ChatGPT, length of blog, number of keywords, placement of keywords, etc. and other important fields.
4. Develop a logic to add relevant images in blog, each image has to be linked to right image.
5. Save posts as draft
6. Assign to “Learn” category
7. Set post title, body, and SEO-friendly permalink
8. Add upto 15 tags to the blog all AI generated
9 Have multiple prompts for each text section of the blog, do not generate more than 90 words per prompt.
10. Each pack and collection to have a blog total 400+
11. we will use our own images as much as possible
