WordPress Revamp, Problem Solving & Optimization

I am looking for an expert in WordPress and WooCommerce to help restore and rectify issues with my website which include a slow loading speed and various errors. These problems started to occur after updating a number of plugins including WooCommerce. Ideally I would like the website re-stored to how it was before last night, then work through issues with the site. The woo-coomerce shopping cart was having issues before last night. It should send an email through to me with the items the customers has picked out. The website needs to be fully functional once complete:

The task involves:
1. Restoring the website to changes from a day before the issues started occurring.
2. Identifying and rectifying the issues causing slow speed and error messages after plugin updates.
3. Working on website changes to simplify the content, particularly for mobile users.
4. Changes outlined in PDF document.
