WordPress and Redis Cache Media Recovery

I'm facing an issue where all our media files have vanished due to some problem with our Redis Cache. I'm currently managing backups manually, so there is no backup available for the missing media files, now all the posts are not being shown and it says no media items. When we tried to restore it, we got it, but then it disappeared again. Does anyone have experience working with Redis and Caching in WordPress? We have hosted our website on Amazon EC2 and MySQL Aurora

- Ability to troubleshoot and fix the issue with Redis Cache
