WordPress Project Manager/Developer

We are looking for a WordPress Project Manager to assist company in the design, development and launch of 4 new WordPress and WooCommerce websites on behalf of our clients. Attached is brief outline of what we are looking for in a project manager for our WordPress web development projects. We would definitely prefer someone who has the ability to be involved in design and development work directly, though we are open to a project manager who has designers and developers available that they can manage to complete the projects.
