WordPress - Product Manager

This is unusual needs and I am not expecting anyone here to fit my needs but I am trying. Read first before sending me a bid.

I need a Product Manager for my upcoming service launch in USA with WordPress based website. Now let me define my needs. I have different resources and I am sure I will be able to manage them well. However, I thought I fill this extra/additional role of a Product Manager if I can. S/he will fill the holes and make sure s/he reviews all and make sure everything meets business vision/ needs. Product Manager is usually an expert in driving requirements (marketing)/ design/ development/ QA and project management so it is combination of many skills. S/He will have business leadership skills so can see a bigger picture and I don't need to do spoon feeding.
By May 22, we need 40 hours of Product Management time.
