WordPress Pricing Table

Hey there!
Looking for a pricing table for WordPress. It needs to be mobile friendly, and have a similar layout like the attached one. Basically on mobile it needs to show as one pricing table, with options at the bottom to change the billing duration, which would change the link address on the BUY NOW button, as well as the pricing shown.
This above is for mobile only, when viewed on desktop - it needs to show as 3 different pricing tables, one for each duration. So 1yr, 2yrs and 3yrs.
Lastly - I need to be able to use a few different versions of the pricing tables on the same WordPress page, for different products.
Let me know if this is something that can be done and provide me with a price and time frame on completing the project.
