WordPress Pre-Booking System for Transportation Service

Job ID: 40504951

Budget: €250 – €750 EUR

Hello,
My name is Mr. Maurel. I am French and I only speak French. I use an automatic translator for all of my communications.
Project Presentation
I have created a WordPress website using the Impreza theme. The website is currently under development and is not yet online.
This is a private transportation website offering transfers between airports, train stations, and ski resorts in the Hautes-Alpes region of France.
Important: This is not an e-commerce website. Customers will not be able to make payments online. The goal is simply to allow them to view the fare corresponding to their journey and then submit a pre-booking request.
Part 1: Dynamic Pre-Booking Banner
I would like to create a pre-booking banner that will be displayed on all pages of the website, including blog posts, directly below the main image of each page.
This banner should be modern, fast, dynamic, and attractive in order to encourage visitors to use it.
If possible, I would also like this banner to remain visible (sticky) while users scroll up and down the pages.
The desired functionality is as follows:
Step 1: Select a Service
The user selects a service from a dropdown menu:
Airport Transfer
Train Station Shuttle
Step 2: Select the Pickup Location
The user selects their pickup location from a predefined list, including cities, ski resorts, airports, or train stations.
Step 3: Select the Destination
The user selects their destination from a predefined list, including cities, ski resorts, airports, or train stations.
Once these three pieces of information have been entered, the user clicks a button and is automatically redirected to the page corresponding to their request, displaying the fare information for the selected journey.
Example:
Airport Transfer → Turin Airport → Montgenèvre = Button → Redirect to the corresponding fare page.
Destinations Currently Available
Montgenèvre
Serre Chevalier
Briançon
Chantemerle
La Salle-les-Alpes
Le Monêtier-les-Bains
Nice
Important: I would like to be able to easily add new destinations from the WordPress administration panel in the future.
Airports
Lyon Saint-Exupéry Airport
Grenoble Alpes-Isère Airport
Marseille Provence Airport
Nice Côte d'Azur Airport
Turin Airport
Milan Malpensa Airport
Genoa Airport
Geneva International Airport
Train Stations
Briançon Train Station
Oulx Train Station (Italy)
Important: I would also like to be able to easily add new airports and train stations from the WordPress administration panel in the future.
Part 2: Creation of Fare Pages
I have already started designing a landing page template (see attached mockup).
I am open to any suggestions for graphical improvements to make these pages more professional, modern, and conversion-oriented.
The primary objective is for visitors to immediately find the fare information.
The page should display:
Pricing
One-Way Fare
Round-Trip Fare
Each offer will include a "Request a Reservation" button. This is where the customer will click to access the reservation request form described in Part 3.
Vehicle Information
The page will also display:
Vehicle type
Number of passengers
Luggage capacity
Available Options
Ski transport
Ski boot transport
Baby seat
Child booster seat
These pieces of information will remain the same across all fare pages.
I also plan to create a content section on each page containing approximately 400 words of SEO-optimized text. Therefore, a page template should be created with a dedicated content area where I can easily add and edit the page-specific text.
In summary:
Below each fare page, I plan to add unique SEO content to improve the website’s organic search rankings.
Part 3: Reservation Request Form
When the customer clicks the "Request a Reservation" button, whether for a one-way or round-trip journey, they should be redirected to a pre-booking page.
The purpose of this page is to explain that:
After receiving their request, we analyze their needs and send them a personalized commercial proposal within a few hours.
Please refer to the attached images for the information that should be requested from the customer. These fields must be integrated into the form.
WordPress Administration Management
It is very important for me to be able to easily and independently manage:
Prices
Destinations
Airports
Train stations
Services offered
Commercial offers
I would like to be able to make all of these changes myself from the WordPress back office without needing the assistance of a developer.
