We require an experienced WordPress professional who can optimize the theme (DIVI 4.5.3) as well as the plugins. Site currently loads slowly. SEO/Accessibility etc. is fine. We just need technical assistance for the website performance (Page Speed Optimization)

You will have WordPress admin access. You will have to sign an NDA and agree to delete any website files you may need to download after the website has been worked on.
