WordPress and PHP Upgrade

I need an experienced WordPress developer to inline upgrade my PHP and WordPress versions.

Current setup:
- PHP: 5.x
- WordPress: 5.x

Requirements:
- Upgrade PHP to at least 7.x
- Upgrade WordPress to the latest version
- Ensure all existing functionality remains intact post-upgrade
- Fix any immediate compatibility issues
