WordPress Multiple Choice Quiz Creation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for a skilled WordPress developer with experience in Formidable Forms (or Gravity Forms - we have licenses for both) to create a multiple-choice quiz for me. I have all of the questions and the scoring, but need it put into Formidable Forms. The quiz will require a weighted scoring system and should provide immediate feedback to the participants. Further, the user will be sent a pdf according to their score.
The quiz has 51 questions. The user's score will place them in one of 4 personality types. The user will then receive a pdf according to their score/personality type.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in WordPress
- Extensive experience with Formidable Forms or Gravity Forms
- Strong understanding of creating quizzes (scoring system has already been created) and creating the form according to the scoring system
- Knowledge of implementing weighted scoring systems
- Ability to set up immediate feedback within the quiz
