WordPress Multi-site management tool - Ongoing job

I am looking for a WordPress professional with at least 8-10 years experience, who has expertise in WP security (malware removal, DDOS protection, security scanning etc.), and using various WordPress management tools, plugins and look after day to day site management and maintenance jobs for many websites.

I am not looking for a WordPress developer to develop the site. I am specifically looking for Level 2/3 technical team members (it could be developer) who can help me to setup a WordPress management and maintenance platform. Coding would be great advantage.
