WordPress Minor Adjustments Needed

I'm seeking assistance to make a few minor adjustments to my WordPress webpage. As I'm nearing retirement, I want to keep this simple and cost-effective. I don't even really need the site any more, yet I rather would like to have just something.

Essential tasks include:
- **Logo Size**: Making my logo a bit larger.
- **Drop-Down Menu**: Updating the drop-down menu to point to the actual pages.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in WordPress
- Experience with text and logo adjustments
- Familiarity with drop-down menu configuration
