WordPress Malware Removal & Hardening

I have four website that are hosted at BlueHist and they all have Malware. I did installed the Plugin Wordfence and it shows security vulnerabilities that needs to be corrected. Also that issue is stopping me from advertising my business on Google and it turn down the Ads once it detect a Compromised Website.

I am attaching also some screen shots of the secuity issue it detect and needs to be fixed.
